(F 2001) What is the ruling for someone who continues eating Suḥūr (pre-fasting meal) until the end of the first minute defined for stopping eating, and is it obligatory to make up for that day or not?

As mentioned before, one or two minutes do not affect the validity of fasting, because the entry of the prescribed time for stopping eating does not occur in a very short period. Therefore, whoever swallows what is in his mouth at the time of the call to prayer, his fasting is valid, and there is nothing upon him. However, it is preferable not to do so to avoid any doubt in oneself.
